Great value for money. Really tasty vanilla flavour. Can’t express enough how easy it is to mix. I make a protein coffee. Half mug milk and half scoop of this protein and boiling water. I kid you not all it takes it is a stir and it has mixed with no lumps! No need for a milk frother that I use for other protein powders.

It is touted as being a close alternative to sugar, but in reality, is still broken down by the liver into toxic chemicals.
