Thrust bearings machine work very poor with edge left raw and unfinished on one and not the other it also was .037 to large on the od. Only option they give ya is to wait for replacement so I'll just return that one once it arrivesDO NOT BUY THIS KIT AS OF 5/18/2025

I was able to use about 90 percent of the kit. Everything seemed to fit perfect. The only thing that was missing was the exhaust manifold gasket, which was purchased for $10 from my local Ford parts store. There was also one very large gasket (pic), one gasket that looked like it could be the manifold gasket but it was a little too big and one little nut (pic) that could only be for the impeller shaft but didn't fit. I also posted a pic of the gasket and part number that had to be purchased from Ford. My truck is a 99 but it was built in late 98 so that could have had something to do with not having the needed gasket and the 2 extra gaskets and extra nut. After installing the turbo everything works perfectly. I did notice a little screech noise at first that worried me but I think that was just from the turbo not having oil on the initial start up, everything seems find now. Overall a good product for a good price. There were a few sets for cheaper but sometimes it's better to pay a bit more and receive a higher quality product. Hopefully this one was a higher quality than the ones for $39.

Rebuilt my Garret TP38 in my 1995 f350. Came with everything needed to rebuild it, and some extras. Comes with a website link for instructions but instructions were a little vague. But not hard to complete. I would buy again

My truck went down and this kit was delivered quick fast and in a hurry. And honestly rebuilding and installing the kit was super easy the worst part was just getting the turbo out of the truck

Arrived first an package was empty had to wait another week to get it, finally came in an the shaft bearings were to big went ahead and used my old ones bc I’ve been waiting for almost two weeks for this rebuild kit. All an all good
