ZzzQuilNighttime Sleep Aid Liquid, 50 mg Diphenhydramine HCl, No.1 Sleep Aid Brand, Fall Asleep Fast, Non-Habit Forming, Warming Berry Flavor, 6 FL OZ

I’ve taken Amazon’s Acetaminophen PM and ZZZQuil capsules (the ones you have to cut out) for a long time. They began to take longer to put me to sleep, and I began waking four or five hours later. This was true for all sleep medications, including prescription Ambien. The Liquid ZZZquill puts me to sleep faster, and I stay asleep longer. After one order of the Liquid ZZZQuil Liquid, and I’ve ordered two more. I wondered if alternating the ZZZQuil Liquid with the Acetaminophen PM would trick my body into sleeping better. My doctor has said most older women have problems sleeping. My husband sleeps the whole night through with nothing other than a clear conscience.

I cannot go to sleep without it . The Warm Berry flavor is not so bad and I take it about a half hour before I go to bed.

It's strange sometimes this works and them other times, the same amount does nothing.

I was a little apprehensive because of the prior reviews BUT I am so glad that I bought it. I take 30 ml and within 45 minutes, I am asleep. I wake up feeling great and with a non drowsy feeling nor do I have bad dreams that some others have experienced. The taste is actually pretty good. I thought it would taste like the god awful night quil but this was suprisingly good. Since I first bought it from Amazon, I bought 5 other bottles. It is a tad bit expensive but I normally catch it on sale up here on Amazon or you can get 2 HUGE bottles are target for 11.99. It is well worth the price but I do wonder if the claims are true about it being non addicting. I went 3 days without taking it and I "craved" more but maybe it was just MY tolerance level. Overall, I will continue to purchase this and recommend it to everyone who has sleeping troubles.

I was flying for 15 hours and thought this would help me sleep, but the flavor was so strong, I felt pretty nauseous within a half hour… not sleepy because I kept trying not to get sick. Don’t recommend for sensitive tummy type people. Instead I discovered melatonin on my trip, so grateful!

My husband has never had a sleep problem or sleep disorder. But sometimes he doesn’t get a good night sleep. So I got this for him and he doesn’t take a full cap. He only takes 1/2 cup when he needs to. The taste does takes has cherry’s he’s said.

Fast acting for me and I found the flavor to be pleasant. It like other reviews, reminds me of cough syrup. I will definitely purchase again but in the larger sizes for the better price point.
