I found this at my PT doctors office and I have purchased it to use at home. It is excellent for single use last long time even using tools with it it stays moist and greasy cleans up very easily with paper towels.

It was a little pricey, however, I love the glide, especially with the IATSM tools. I also use it for foot massage and it makes it easier on my hands. My hands feel better using it.

I'm so happy I came across this. It works perfect so I can do the graston technique at home. I also purchased a separate tool obviously but I was trying to just use lotion or Aquaphor. Although I love Aquaphor for minor cuts and hydrating dry areas of my skin It does not or did not work for me to use with this technique. This also has arinca which has so many great benefits. To me this emollient is odorless. I'm extremely happy with my purchase and that Amazon has these things available.

Bought this from an Amazon recommendation when I bought a gua sha type tool. I wanted a massage medium to use on my paralyzed left arm & leg during stroke recovery as they cramp up and get quite sore despite being otherwise non-mobile. It goes on smoothly and does not absorb into skin like regular lotions so a small amount works very well. I am able to massage my own arm and leg to soothe the sore muscles without having to constantly re-apply. I would highly recommend this to anyone wanting to do their own self-care massage or to help others in a similar way.
