STAPLES Dexley Ergonomic Mesh Swivel Task Chair, Black (UN56946)

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this chair from Staples. While they’re a well-known brand, I didn’t expect such a solid product at this price point. This model met my needs perfectly; it’s comfortable, supportive, and has quickly become an essential part of my workspace. A great value.

Great support! The chair was easy to assembly. Prior to my purchase, I went to Staples to try out the chairs. For the price point, this chair was the most comfortable with great lower back support. I would buy it again and also gift it.

I don't love the chair but it does the job. I had to buy accessories for the chair like a butt pad, and chair elbow cushions in order to fully enjoy this chair. After buying accessories the comfort went from a 6/10 to a 8-9/10. Used for the past 3 weeks and I hope the frame is sturdy long term (will update if durability becomes an issue). Previous chair was wobbly on the base plate and it killed my hips and back sitting in it so I'm hoping this chair won't bring me those same issues.

This is a great office chair. My husband bought a similar chair at an office supply store that was twice the price and this is essentially the same chair. I made fun of my husband for buying his chair because it was so expensive but honestly, it makes a world of difference if you have a job that requires you to sit at a desk and computer. This chair is very similar to his chair, less money but just as comfortable. My bottom doesn't fall asleep and my back doesn't hurt when I use this chair. 10 out of 10 recommend.

Still a bad chair.*Extremely Disappointed – Not What I Expected from a Reputable BrandI was shocked to receive what was clearly a previously returned item, despite being charged full price for a new product. The chair arrived with visible dirt in the wheels, suggesting prior use. More concerning, the seat bottom appears to have been poorly manufactured — it sagged in the center from the very beginning and has continued to deteriorate with time. The lack of proper support has made the chair so uncomfortable that I’m now forced to use a pillow just to sit in it for any length of time.This level of quality and oversight is completely unacceptable, particularly from a brand that markets itself as reliable and reputable. I expected far better and feel misled by both the condition of the item and the overall experience.
